Baked Ravioli – a Freezer Meal

This is EASY peasy.

There are just two of us, and one large bag of frozen ravioli and a jar of sauce makes roughly 4 – 5 dinners for us.

I spray an aluminum loaf pan with oil and put some sauce in the bottom and one layer of ravioli – any frozen kind you like. I put some sauce on top (again, any kind you like) and some shredded mozzarella. Repeat.

On the very top I sprinkle Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and parsley.

I cover with foil and freeze, or refrigerate – you can even bake immediately.

Bake at 400 degrees for about 25-35 minutes (more if you froze it), remove foil and bake for about 10 more minutes.

 

Serve with whatever you like – we like garlic bread or a bagel, and something green.
